本系统分为前台及后台两部分，前台主要是面向远程客户，用于客户在互联网上对本企业的商品浏览以及实现交易，发布新闻等；后台主要是面向企业员工，用于对新闻信息，客户信息，商品库存，用户订单，合作企业等相关系统信息的管理。使用本系统，企业可以很轻松便实现“用户→企业→用户”之间的对话及联系，在提高客户满意度，改善与客户之间的关系的同时也做到了提高管理效率，拓宽市场占有率，从而从整体上提高了企业的竞争力。
